You can accept or reject the prototype. If you reject it, you are not charged. The company may offer a rejected design to other customers.

An accepted custom design is linked to your account and will not be sold to another customer.

📦Delivery and return rules
- Prototype preparation usually takes one week.
- Palestine delivery is about one week and may vary.
- Syria delivery is about 10 days; the fee is confirmed by an administrator.
- Returns and exchanges are not available in Palestine or Syria.
